As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team supporting the Double Tree by Hilton Woking hotel which is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Night Supervisor, you will supervise the overnight operation, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, safety, and security are maintained throughout the night. You’ll oversee front desk activities, support and guide the night team, and ensure all procedures, audits, and reports are completed accurately. From handling guest queries and resolving issues to coordinating with other departments, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest while ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during overnight hours.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a dependable and proactive Night Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and leading by example. You’ll have previous experience in a front office or supervisory role, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the confidence to make decisions independently during night shifts. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using hotel systems, you’ll be organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
