As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton - West End which is a 275-room hotel, perfect for business or leisure stays.

What your day will look like:

You’ll start by welcoming guests with a warm, professional approach, serving them across various outlets including the bar, restaurant, conference areas, and through room service. Throughout the day, you’ll use your knowledge of food, wines, beers, and spirits to enhance the guest experience and ensure service is smooth and attentive. You’ll be involved in setting up and closing down the service areas, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and seamless dining experience for every guest.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Meeting & Events Team Leader, passionate about delivering quality service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll be confident in using technology and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role. You will lead by example, demonstrating our values through outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
