We’re looking for an experienced and passionate luggage porter to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The Role

Your role will be to truly listen to our guests, anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. Your key duties will include welcoming our guests on arrival and guiding them to the reception area, as well as handling the luggage operation for groups and individuals for both arrivals and departures.

The Person

We look for receptionists with previous experience in a similar role who are absolutely committed to delivering exceptional customer service, have a charismatic personality, and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

The Hotel

Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms, including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation. The hotel’s rooms and suites exude elegance. Guests can enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea in Botanica, with its sophisticated atrium setting, or unwind with a late-night drink in our cocktail bar, ESQ.
