We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Concierge to join our team at 100 Queens Gate, Curio Collection by Hilton in our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The Role
- Ensure that all guests are offered a warm welcome upon entering and leaving the hotel.
- Escort guests to their room with or without luggage and inform them about the room and facilities.
- Ensure that you keep yourself fully informed of hotel facilities, service, events and promotions.
- Control room keys for groups and individuals when necessary.
- Keep fully up to date on all local events, sightseeing, restaurants, activities etc. in order to provide guests with updated information and assistance.
The Person
- Performs duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objective of the position.
- Greets and smiles at guests and customers when coming across them on the hotel grounds.
- Assists colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with other departments.
- Comply with company grooming and uniform standards.

Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms, including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation. The hotel's rooms and suites exude elegance. Guests can enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea in Botanica, with its sophisticated atrium setting, or unwind with a late-night drink in our cocktail bar, ESQ.
