The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department. The successful candidate will lead by example, support and motivate the team, and act as the first point of contact for internal housekeeping matters. You will be highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently and adapt to the changing needs of the business.

The Person

Our successful Assistant Executive Housekeeper will be smart, presentable, and passionate about the guest experience. An individual who is passionate about people, well organised, and able to prioritise under pressure; will have strong housekeeping background (preferably has worked with LQA), with incredible attention to detail as it will be required to conduct spot checks throughout the Hotel and rooms, creating and implementing training required across the team, whilst identifying operational challenges and being able to deliver solutions to the problems that might occur. A team player is a necessity when joining this small but very busy team. The team is hardworking and has the drive and determination to ensure consistency to successfully obtain the best results that will reflect in the service provided to the guests visiting the Hotel. You will be proud to obtain the highest accolades for this one-of-a-kind establishment.
