Here at Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow Terminal 5, we are looking for an experienced and friendly Linen Porter with an exceptional eye for detail and ability to deliver a flawless service to join our team.
The Role
As a Linen Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations up to hotel brand standards, providing excellent guest experiences, and achieving 100% guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining all linen and laundry stock controls and supporting the housekeeping team as required.
Personal Qualities
In addition to previous experience in a similar role, you must have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, possess a charismatic personality with good communication and organizational skills. A can-do attitude and flexibility to respond to different guest requests and situations are essential. A good command of the English language is required.
