We’re looking for a motivated HR Assistant who thrives on supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences.As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the HR team supporting the Double Tree by Hilton Woking – the hotel is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.
What your day will look like?
As HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full team member journey. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting employment relations, responding to staff queries and importantly supporting staff recognition and engagement. You will be working closely with the Regional HR Manager and General Manager to drive memorable team member experiences in line with our values.
What You’ll Bring?
You’ll bring hands-on experience in a generalist HR role, backed by an understanding of UK employment law. familiarity with the hospitality sector is a definite plus, as is confidence working with Microsoft Office and HR systems. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, well-organised, and solutions driven. and ideally, you’ll be HR qualified or actively working towards it.
