Crimson Hotels is a fast-growing, independently owned hotel group that owns and manages seven branded hotels, operating under two major brands of Hilton and IHG. As HR Assistant, you will play an important part in making this happen. You will work alongside the Regional HR Manager and the General Manager, overseeing the HR functions as the main contact on site for the Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 (IHG).

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and support to managers and colleagues
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting staff engagement
  • Providing advice and support on employee relations
  • Providing administrative support
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Working with the wider HR Team assisting with HR related projects

Personal qualities and experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR generalist role, with a full understanding of HR functions, best practices and UK employment law
  • Experience of working in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • HR related qualification – CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
