What Your Day Will Look Like.

  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk, ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional experience.
  • Supervise and support the reception team during daily operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and confidently handle guest enquiries and feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

What We Are Looking For.

  • A confident and guest-focused hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team and delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in a front office or reception supervisory role within a luxury five-star hotel environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent guest service and complaint-handling abilities.
  • Experience with property management systems (OnQ experience is desirable).
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive mindset.
