We’re looking for an experienced Front Office Shift Leader to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard in order to deliver exceptional customer service to Guests. Your main duties include:
- Advising your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of receptionists with an emphasis on training and teamwork
- Maximise sales revenues through up-selling
- Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
- Assist with covering Duty Management during the day and to support with night coverage from time to time.
The Person
We look for receptionists with previous experience in a similar role who are absolutely committed to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality, and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
