The Crimson Hotels is a fast-growing, independently family-owned hotel group managing seven branded hotels under Hilton and IHG brands. The successful candidate will oversee the C&E and F&B departments at Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all C&E activities, delivering excellent guest experiences and achieving operational goals.
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and other departments to plan and coordinate events, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction during events.
- Be available at all times to address customer queries, problems, or complaints.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and clients for seamless event planning and execution.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members, demonstrating strong people management skills.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, ideally in a leadership role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence colleagues.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of IT systems and software.
