As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the Commercial Team supporting our two hotels (DoubleTree by Hilton West End and Crowne Plaza Gatwick) with their revenue management.
What your day will look like?As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you\'ll be at the heart of maximising bedroom and Meetings & Events revenue, using smart analysis and dynamic pricing to outperform the competition. You\'ll lead strategy calls, reviewing performance and adjusting pricing to stay ahead of the market. You\'ll dive into forecasting, analyse demand trends, and fine-tune rate strategies across rooms and Meetings & Events. Whether it\'s leading commercial meetings, responding to group enquiries, or collaborating with Sales and Marketing, you\'ll be at the centre of driving revenue and making smart, data-led decisions that deliver results.
What You\'ll BringYou\'ll have solid experience in hotel revenue management, with a sharp eye for forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategy. You\'re confident using tools like IDeaS, EzRMS, Opera, and CoSTAR, and you know how to interpret market data to drive performance. Your Excel skills are strong, your understanding of distribution channels is deep, and you\'re comfortable navigating PMS and channel management systems. Most importantly, you\'re a clear communicator, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative partner who thrives on turning insights into action.
