What your day will look like?
You will deliver excellence in every service you lead in tandem with the senior chefs that form the culinary team. As a Junior Sous Chef, the expectations are extremely high to consistently ensure the utmost distinction on standards of food and service are maintained. You will help lead the culinary team to deliver an exceptional culinary experience through strong leadership, guidance, and coaching. You will be passionate about culinary and possess strong communication skills, develop, and upskill the junior team, whilst being effective support to the senior culinary team, to deliver consistently as one team.
