What your day will look like? As the strategic leader of our front-of-house operations at The Trafalgar St. James, you will partner directly with the Hotel Manager to orchestrate a seamless, award-winning guest experience. You own the vision for service excellence and the development of the future leaders within your department.

Strategic Leadership: Act as the vital communication bridge between executive management and the entire Front Office team, distilling high-level business objectives into clear, actionable goals.

Departmental Oversight: Maintain direct accountability for the Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Security divisions, ensuring each functions with precision, unity, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Interdepartmental Synergy: Drive high-level coordination as a Head of Department (HOD) with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales to ensure flawless service fluidity across the property.

Guest Sovereignty: Serve as the ultimate ambassador and final point of escalation, proactively shaping guest relation strategies to ensure every stay exceeds five-star expectations.

Performance & Brand Integrity: Take full ownership of quality audits and brand compliance, with a relentless focus on achieving and maintaining LQA and Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Operational Brilliance: Analyze performance metrics and financial reports to maximize revenue opportunities and push the hotel to the forefront of the London luxury market.

What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a sophisticated and driven leader who thrives in a high-stakes, luxury lifestyle environment and possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of premium service.

Elite Standard Expertise: A proven background and direct experience working with Forbes Travel Guide and LQA benchmarks is desired. You must have a track record of successfully implementing these standards to achieve top-tier ratings.

Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a senior Front Office management role within a luxury or high-end lifestyle hotel, with the ability to mentor and inspire a large and diverse team.

Strategic Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, from briefing the executive team to motivating entry-level colleagues.

Operational Depth: Comprehensive knowledge of managing Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Security operations in a busy Central London environment.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in hotel technology, and a strong grasp of P&L, room inventory management, and performance analytics.
