And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities. This is a full-time position.

Main responsibilities for this role:

  • Identify and qualify prospective families across the EMEA region through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling).
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads, responding promptly and guiding them through the initial stages of the enrolment journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos for the admissions/sales team.
  • Research target markets and schools to build pipeline and inform regional growth strategy.
  • Track all activity and lead data accurately in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot / Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified opportunities generated.
  • Represent CGA at virtual events, webinars, and occasionally in-person education fairs across EMEA.

Skills and experience required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound/inbound sales role (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages are highly desirable.
  • Confidence in cold outreach and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritise effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping families access world-class learning opportunities.
