How to prepare for a job interview at Crimson Global Academy

Know Your Audience

Before the interview, research the summer academic programme and understand its values and goals. Familiarise yourself with the age group you'll be supervising, as well as the specific challenges they might face. This will help you tailor your responses to show that you're the right fit for managing students aged 14-18.

Showcase Your Teamwork Skills

Since this role requires excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, prepare examples from your past experiences where you've successfully collaborated with others. Highlight situations where you’ve worked independently too, as this shows you can balance both aspects effectively.
