Crieff Hydro Hotel

In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – including a spa, leisure center, horse-riding center and our famously exciting Action Glen. There really is something for everyone!

About the role

Looking for a summer job that’s fast-paced, fun, and full of variety? Join our Food & Beverage team at Crieff Hydro, where no two days are the same. With five restaurants and bars across our resort from relaxed family dining to elegant events, you could be working in any one of our venues, depending on where the action is.

This is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to gain hospitality experience, meet new people, and earn while you learn. Whether it’s serving in a restaurant, supporting a busy event, or helping guests at the bar, you’ll be part of a team that delivers great service with a smile.

What you\’ll be doing

• Greeting and serving guests in our restaurants, bars, or event spaces

• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables

• Providing a warm, welcoming service during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods

• Helping to keep areas clean, tidy, and guest-ready

• Working flexibly across different outlets based on business needs

What we need from you

• A great attitude – friendly, reliable, and happy to pitch in

• Customer focus – you enjoy making people feel welcome

• Enthusiasm – a positive energy and willingness to learn

• Team player – we support each other and work hard together

• Personality – we want real people, not corporate clones

No previous experience? No problem. We’ll give you all the training you need.
