About the role

At Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels, we create unforgettable memories across our seven hotels and two activity centres in Scotland. Our Resort Sales team is at the heart of this experience – handling reservations, pre-arrival support, upselling, and guest communications.

As Resort Sales Manager, you’ll lead and motivate a team of 16 sales advisors alongside your fellow Resort Sales Manager. Reporting to the Head of Resort Sales, you’ll drive performance, manage costs, and collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.

You’ll be a confident communicator and problem-solver, passionate about customer service and continuous improvement. From coaching your team to refining processes, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our high standards.

What we need from you

We’re seeking a results-driven leader with a flair for motivating teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be confident managing performance, planning rotas, and using data to identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and a passion for hospitality.

Familiarity with Maestro PMS is a bonus.

Location

The Resort Sales office is based at Crieff Hydro Resort. We offer a hybrid working model, providing flexibility while keeping you connected to our vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization where you can make a real impact on the guest journey and team success. You’ll need to be able to complete 6-10 weeks of onsite training, after which you\\\’ll be required in the office at least once a week.
