About the role
As an Operations Assistant, your attentiveness and flexibility will be a real asset to the team.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this opportunity will involve daily-multi operation tasks of the hotel, such as: assisting guests with requests, administrative tasks related mainly to reception, setting up catering area, serving meals to our guests and make sure the place is left clean and tidy.
Housekeeping tasks might be required but do not worry, our great team will provide you the training if you need!
You will make sure guests are having a comfortable stay, and are welcome in a healthy, clean and safe environment.
You like to work in a positive team environment, where things are getting done, well and together.
Communication skills are necessary – make sure your team is aware of any request, hazard and issues you meet.
This is a full time, 40 hours per week position.
Skills we need from you?
Computer systems – Microsoft Word and Excel mainly
Customer service – a friendly, polite personality with focus on safety for our customers and our team
Enthusiasm – a passion for hospitality multi-departments and desire to get it right for the customer
Communication – to your guests, your team and supervisor
Team focus – there are no egos here, just hard-working people helping each other
Flexibility – there’s no problem you can’t fix
