The Role: As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our marketing communications to life at our hotels across Scotland. This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality collateral, supporting hotel teams with day-to-day marketing needs, and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly across all locations. From menus and signage to in-hotel activations and campaign rollouts, you’ll make sure our brand is represented beautifully and consistently everywhere our guests interact with us. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Commercial Support, Revenue, Sales, Events, and hotel operations and will be the go-to person for operational marketing delivery across our family of hotels.
