The Ballachulish Hotel is in a spectacular spot nestled in the Scottish highlands – a place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and photo‑worthy views. Our team know a thing or two about the area as they’ve scaled mountains, explored lochs and have found some much‑loved spots to explore.

About the Role

You’ll be cleaning all the equipment for the Chefs, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and generally helping with all areas of Chef support.

What we need from you

You’ll be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment, which is physically demanding. Ability to work in an orderly and clean manner essential.
