The Ballachulish Hotel is in a spectacular spot nestled in the Scottish highlands – a place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and photo‑worthy views. Our team know a thing or two about the area as they’ve scaled mountains, explored lochs and have found some much‑loved spots to explore.

About the Role: You’ll be cleaning all the equipment for the Chefs, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and generally helping with all areas of Chef support.

What we need from you: You’ll be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment, which is physically demanding. Ability to work in an orderly and clean manner essential.
