Our team also know a thing or two about the area as they’ve scaled mountains, explored lochs and found some much-loved spots to explore.

About the role: Our emphasis for food is on quality - we know that freshness and quality are important to our guests, so we work hard to include the best local produce and seasonal ingredients. Our chefs are flexible and produce food for our dining room as well as functions, so means you’ll have a really varied workload. So, if you’re passionate about fresh produce, enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen in a business that’s transforming, then this is perfect for you. We're a close-knit, friendly team based within the beautiful Scottish Highlands. We're looking for someone dedicated, hard-working and eager to develop their skills. This position will be offered on a flexible contract on an hourly rate of pay, with hours available depending on individual and business needs (40+ hours per week can be expected during busy times).

Do you have what it takes? As Chef de Partie, you’ll help motivate our Commis Chefs to prepare food for up to 120 people on busy days, as well as catering functions of the same size. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control. You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly. A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is essential. You’ll be flexible as hours of work are variable to meet the needs of the business.
