About the role
We are seeking an experienced Paid Digital Media Manager to lead our paid media strategy across Google, Meta and Programmatic Display channels. This role is key to driving direct booking revenue growth across our multiple hotels and resort activity businesses. This is an exciting time to join our Marketing team in a period of significant product investment for Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels.
Key responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a performance-driven specialist with experience in driving growth, optimisation and budget efficiencies
- Develop and optimise paid digital media channel strategies to drive brand engagement, increase website traffic and booking revenue conversion
- Efficiently manage the paid media budget across multiple hotel accounts, monitoring and adjusting allocations across the full funnel to deliver against our short and long-term growth plans
- Manage creative briefing for assets and messaging based on objectives and bespoke to each hotel and platform
- Implement an ongoing A/B testing framework to ensure continual learnings and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and targets
- Analyse and Report on campaign performance, industry trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations and actionable insights
- Manage external agency relationships to ensure seamless execution of all campaigns
Desired criteria
- Demonstrable knowledge and proven experience in managing multiple paid media channels and platforms
- Experienced in budget management; planning, allocating and optimising
- Interpretation of campaign performance and trends, proficient in using analytics tools and data insights to measure against performance goals
- An ambitious and supportive leader in managing external agencies, ability to communicate clear objectives and goals and prioritising value-based initiatives with overall accountability
- Experienced in working collaboratively in cross functional internal teams including Revenue and Creative
- Experience in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality industry would be advantageous but not essential
Location: This role is a hybrid role with 3 days based at Crieff Hydro Resort, Crieff, Perthshire and the remaining 2 days working from home.
