Our seven hotels are unique and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small, but all offer fantastic food and drink, cozy beds and a wealth of things to do. We offer an expansive range of benefits to help you make the most of life outside of work, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels heard and valued. We treat our guests like family, and we support our people the same way. If you’re someone who lives our values of Be Creative, Be Curious, Be Thoughtful, Be Positive and Be You, you’ll fit right in.

The Role: As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our marketing communications to life at our hotels across Scotland. This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality collateral, supporting hotel teams with day-to-day marketing needs, and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly across all locations. From menus and signage to in-hotel activations and campaign rollouts, you’ll make sure our brand is represented beautifully and consistently everywhere our guests interact with us. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Commercial Support, Revenue, Sales, Events, and hotel operations and will be the go-to person for operational marketing delivery across our family of hotels.

What you will be doing:

  • Collateral & Asset Production: Manage the creation, ordering, and distribution of all in-house marketing materials, including menus, signage, posters, brochures, and guest-facing collateral. Work closely with the Commercial Support Executive to manage design workflows, production schedules, and supplier relationships. Ensure all collateral is accurate, brand-aligned, cost-effective, and delivered on time. Maintain an organised system for version control, stock levels, and reprints.
  • Operational Support for Hotel Teams: Act as the primary marketing contact for hotel teams, understanding their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Attend hotel-level meetings to provide marketing guidance, updates, and support. Respond to day-to-day requests from operational teams with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Support teams in implementing marketing activity correctly and consistently across all properties.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate the rollout of marketing campaigns across the estate, ensuring assets are delivered, installed, and activated as intended. Work with the marketing team to ensure campaign messaging is translated effectively into on-property materials. Monitor campaign implementation and provide wider feedback to improve future rollouts.
  • Organisation & Administration: Maintain timelines, trackers, project documentation, and production schedules. Support compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety, and internal processes. Adapt to changing priorities and support any reasonable management request. Keep internal stakeholders updated on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for producing high-quality, accurate marketing materials that enhance the guest experience.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep projects moving smoothly.
  • A collaborative, approachable working style that helps you build strong, trusting relationships across departments and hotel teams.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with a natural ability to problem-solve and find practical, efficient ways to get things done.
  • Experience working within a hotel environment, whether operationally or in a head-office support role, and an understanding of how hotels run and the challenges they face.
  • Confidence working with suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for supporting our hotels and helping our teams deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
