About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join our team. The job is mainly based in Crieff but will involve some travel to the other hotels and sites in our family of hotels. As part of our existing IT department, you will provide desktop support using tools such as our IT helpdesk, remote agent and more. You will be a point of contact for troubleshooting and general IT issues for our family of hotels. In addition, you’ll be involved in bringing in new hardware into the business and IT development projects to move the business forward. We are looking for a team player that’s flexible with a background in IT and a drive to support our users, hardware and services across the business. You will need to be a good communicator, written and verbally with the ability to prioritise your workload and escalate problems precisely and efficiently. We’re a small team looking after a very busy IT infrastructure and are continually looking how we can improve our services and ensure that we are following new best practices. Please be aware that this is not a remote position.
