We treat our guests like family, and we support our people the same way. If you’re someone who lives our values of Be Creative, Be Curious, Be Thoughtful, Be Positive and Be You, you’ll fit right in.
At Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels, we’re in the business of creating unforgettable memories that last forever for the many thousands of guests that visit us at our seven hotels and two activity centres across Scotland. Groups and events are a key part of our offering across our Family of Hotels and we have an exciting opportunity to join our Event Sales Team, to build the wedding and special event business and represent Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels as the leading option in Scotland for meetings, celebrations and weddings.
As the Events Executive, you will support the sales team with the sales process, conversion and planning of private events, including weddings, small corporate groups and family celebrations at Crieff Hydro Hotel, as well as some requirement to assist with enquiries and events for other hotels within the Family.
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven candidate with creative energy and innovative ideas - we want someone who’ll be able to represent the Family of Hotels to potential clients, with a friendly and professional manner. Some background in private celebrations and/or corporate events and working with bookings systems would be helpful in this role, however full training will be provided.
You should be excited about the product; we’re looking for someone who can build strong and long‑lasting relationships with clients, partners and our internal stakeholders to ensure every client has the best possible experience with us. You’ll be delivering site visits, responding to enquiries by email, telephone and in person, creating proposal documents and converting and contracting events as part of the wider sales team. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the hotel a minimum of three days per week (with visits to other hotels as needed). Due to the nature of this role some weekend work will be required.
