About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands‑on Duty Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, you’ll oversee our team of Porters and the Night Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. From resolving guest concerns to supporting operational departments during peak times, you’ll take every opportunity to enhance the guest journey and create unforgettable memories. This is a fantastic role to develop your leadership skills across multiple areas within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

What we need from you:

  • Guest‑Focused Leadership: Exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Your approachable and confident personality will reassure guests they’re in expert hands, while your in‑depth knowledge of the hotel and its offerings makes you a trusted resource.
  • Adaptability and Hands‑On Approach: Whether supporting housekeeping, reception, food and beverage, or childcare, you’ll be a visible presence, ready to assist wherever needed. Your energy and flexibility will help you manage competing priorities with ease.
  • Operational Excellence: With previous supervisory or management experience in food and beverage or reception, you’ll confidently oversee diverse departments and manage our systems effectively. We’ll also train you on our fire panel system so you’re prepared for emergencies.
  • Inspiration and Teamwork: Your enthusiasm for hospitality will motivate and energize the teams you support, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
