At Crieff Hydro, we’re searching for a Banqueting & Events Host to be the welcoming face of our conferences and events, ensuring every organiser and guest has a seamless and memorable experience. As a B&E Host, you will welcome conference organisers and guests, making sure their arrival is smooth and their expectations are understood from the outset. You’ll take the lead on preparing event spaces in the morning, coordinating details such as lunches and schedules and ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead.

Throughout the event, you will act as a key point of contact, supporting organisers while working closely with the wider B&E team to deliver a high-quality experience. You’ll monitor service and presentation standards, ensuring guest expectations are consistently met and maintained at a high level.

What we need from you:

  • A confident and friendly communicator with a passion for guest service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who can build strong working relationships across departments
  • Shift pattern flexibility, typically 7am–3pm but may vary depending on business needs

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or similar roles is helpful—but not essential. We’ll provide training to help you succeed.
