About the role: As Bar Manager, you will oversee and ensure a smooth service across day and night operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of bartenders and supervisors.
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring efficient ordering processes.
  • Upholding service standards, ensuring consistency across all venues.
  • Supporting training and development for the team, focusing on cocktail knowledge, whisky expertise and exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting with events, promotions and new menu launches.
