Crieff Hydro welcomes up to 1,200 guests daily – some seeking a leisurely coffee or family meal, others celebrating special occasions or entertaining clients. From cosy cafés and bustling bars to elegant restaurants and banqueting, we deliver fantastic food and outstanding service every time.
About the role
As our Brunch and Afternoon Tea Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our Winter Garden (brunch and lunch service) and Loggia (afternoon tea). This is a daytime-focused role, ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and creating memorable moments in elegant, relaxed settings.
You’ll oversee daily service, support the wider restaurant team, and ensure smooth operations across both venues. From managing the floor and coordinating with kitchen teams to mentoring colleagues and maintaining high standards, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest journey.
This is a full-time, permanent position (45 hours per week) working generally daytime shift patterns, and live-in accommodation is available. Accommodation is typically single occupancy with an ensuite bathroom, and includes access to our staff canteen, which offers three free meals per day.
What we need from you
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment.
- A genuine passion for daytime dining, with an understanding of brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to service and problem-solving.
- Flexibility to support other areas of the restaurant operation as needed.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with attention to detail and warmth.
What you\’ll get from us
- A competitive salary up to £33,000 per annum plus a share of tips estimated at £2,000 per annum for full time team members.
