About The Role
As our Banqueting & Events Manager, you will take the lead in delivering exceptional service across one of the busiest and most dynamic areas of our food and beverage operation. From high-volume banqueting to beautifully run events and private functions, no two days are the same - and every day is an opportunity to lead from the front. Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage, you’ll oversee a passionate team, ensuring seamless delivery across weddings, conferences, and special occasions, while also supporting service in our restaurants and bars when needed. This role offers the excitement of large-scale service with the support of a well-established, independent hospitality group. You’ll be part of an ambitious team that values quality, creativity, and teamwork.

- Proven Experience – You’ll bring strong supervisory or management experience in a quality F&B setting, ideally with large-scale service or events.
