About the role: As Bar Manager, you will oversee and ensure a smooth service across day and night operations, leading and motivating a team of bartenders and supervisors. You will maintain stock levels and ensure efficient ordering processes, uphold service standards, ensuring consistency across all venues, support training and development for the team, focusing on cocktail knowledge, whisky expertise and exceptional customer service, and assist with events, promotions and new menu launches. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress in hospitality management, working in a dynamic, multi-bar environment.
