We’re a family business through and through – family owned since 1868, family run and with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our seven hotels are unique and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small, but all offer fantastic food and drink, cozy beds and a wealth of things to do.

Crieff Hydro Hotel welcomes up to 1000 customers daily - some looking for a leisurely coffee or family meal, whilst others are here to celebrate a special occasion or entertain clients. As a result, our cafes, bars, restaurants and banqueting department must offer fantastic food and an outstanding service.

About The Role

As a Host, you’ll set the tone for our guests’ experience from the moment they walk through the door. Whether greeting and seating guests, managing bookings, or assisting with queries, your warm and professional approach will ensure every visit is memorable. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You’ll embrace the art of storytelling, bringing the journey behind our food, drinks, and venue to life for our guests. By showcasing the best of what we have to offer, you’ll create an unforgettable atmosphere that guests will want to return to again and again. You’ll work closely with the Food and Beverage team to create a seamless dining experience, whether for a casual brunch, a celebratory dinner, or a night at the bar. This is a zero hour contract position. Please indicate your availability when completing the application form. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and mornings as required by the team.

  • Up to £14 per hour depending on experience. You'll also receive a share of tips (estimated £3,000 per annum for full time team members).
