Crieff Hydro Hotel is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry team, produce high-quality desserts, pastries and breads for our restaurants and events.
You’ll motivate Commis Chefs, ensure consistent portions and build strong links with front-of-house to meet guest expectations. A formal pastry qualification is desirable and relevant experience is valued for this on-site role with a live-in option.
