The Leisure Supervisor role at Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort offers a unique opportunity to work in a family‑owned business that has been welcoming guests since 1868. Our seven hotels are located across stunning Scottish settings, ranging from large resorts to intimate glens. The Crieff Hydro Hotel itself sits on 900 acres in Perthshire and boasts 215 rooms, 55 self‑catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 activity venues, including a spa, leisure centre, horse‑riding centre and our well‑known Action Glen.
About the Role
The Leisure department manages two swimming pools, a fitness studio, gym, putting area, tennis courts, adventure play area and lawn games. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring pool plant operations, performing daily pool tests, supervising staff on shift, lifeguarding, keeping the leisure club clean and assisting guests throughout their stay. Reception duties and oversight of outdoor areas will also fall within the role.

- Assist guests with any requirements during their stay.

Requirements
- Strong swimmers with experience in a pool environment.
- Full Pool Lifeguard qualification (STA and NPLQ accepted) or willingness to work toward one.
- Customer‑service experience and high personal cleanliness standards.
