Crieff Hydro Hotel is part of a long‑standing family business with seven hotels across Scotland. The hotel, located on a 900 acre estate in Perthshire, offers 215 bedrooms, 55 self‑catering lodges, 6 restaurants and a range of on‑site activities including a spa and leisure centre.
About The Role
Commis Chef – a full‑time permanent position (45 hours per week) covering breakfast and dinner service with a varied shift pattern. The role is based in one of the four kitchen areas, preparing and cooking high‑quality Scottish produce alongside a friendly brigade.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes for breakfast and dinner.
- Support senior kitchen staff in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to deliver quality meals.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station during service.
