Our unique childcare facility, Big Country, is packed with every activity you can think of. We also have a 900-acre estate to explore, so the possibilities are endless! The successful applicant will lead children in indoor and outdoor activities, from Clan Castle to outdoor sport. Our emphasis is on play, and ensuring children have fun – after all, this is a holiday destination.

We’re registered to take up to 140 children between the ages of 2 -12 at each of our 3-daily sessions. We also offer daily entertainment for all the family. With all of this, we can promise you a fast-paced and dynamic experience. With different children arriving on an almost daily basis, you can be confident no two days will ever be the same.

This position is available on a flexible, zero-hour contract with shifts available dependent on individual needs. Please note that staff accommodation is not available for this role.

What We Need From You

If you have a formal qualification in Childcare, we really want to hear from you. If not, you’ll need to show us you’re interested in a career in childcare. You’ll have loads of enthusiasm to ensure the children you’re working with have a fun experience. No matter the age of our customers, great service is at the heart of our business. So, your friendly, welcoming personality is a given. We need a confident communicator, who is able to interact and build rapport with children.
