Crieff Hydro Hotel is located in the centre of Scotland, set in a 900-acre estate in stunning Perthshire. We have been welcoming generations of families for 150 years, offering 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants, and over 60 onsite activities.

About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic Boutique Manager to lead our small, friendly team and help our boutique continue to thrive. As the face of our Retail shop, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring stock levels and creating orders
  • Producing eye-catching displays
  • Processing customer transactions
  • Motivating your team to ensure the best possible customer service

You will become knowledgeable about all the brands and products we offer and be able to upsell these effectively in a warm, friendly manner. The role requires a flexible approach as we will need you to work weekends and possibly cover extra hours due to team members' holidays. Ideally, you’ll be able to join us in mid-March to allow for a thorough handover.
