About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our new restaurant, bar and speakeasy. You’ll mix drinks, chat with guests, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Whether crafting cocktails, pulling pints, or recommending the perfect whisky, you’ll make sure every drink is served with style and a smile.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of cocktails, mock‑tails and bottled drinks.
- Serve drinks and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Recommend drinks, wines or whiskies and advise guests on menu choices.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar, restock supplies, and support front‑of‑house duties as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow team members across four bars in Crieff Hydro.
