About The Role
As our Banqueting Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading our banqueting kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef in delivering high‑volume, high‑quality catering for a wide range of events – from elegant weddings to corporate functions and special occasions. You’ll be hands‑on with planning, prep, and service, ensuring consistency, efficiency and excellent presentation, no matter the size or style of the event. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role that’s perfect for someone with strong banqueting experience.

- Banqueting experience – You’ve worked in events or large‑scale catering and know what it takes to deliver exceptional food under pressure.
- Leadership – Confident leading a team and stepping up when the Head Chef isn’t around.
- Organisation – You thrive on planning ahead and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Attention to detail – Whether it’s 20 covers or 200, your standards never slip.
