Location: Crieff Hydro Hotel – In the heart of Scotland, set in a 900‑acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, welcoming generations of families for 150 years. The hotel has 215 bedrooms, 55 self‑catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities, including a spa, leisure centre, horse‑riding centre and Action Glen.

About The Role: As Conference and Events Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Food and Beverage to support and lead our C&E team. This role offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you’ll assist in delivering exceptional experiences across our events, from weddings to corporate gatherings. You’ll play a key role in the seamless execution of events, working collaboratively with other departments while ensuring our team delivers outstanding service. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and career within an ambitious and supportive F&B team.

What We Need From You:

  • Previous management experience in a high-quality food and drink or events setting.
  • A true passion for hospitality, paired with a positive attitude and focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate the Conference and Events team, helping them perform at their best and deliver exceptional results.
