Our seven hotels are unique and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small, but all offer fantastic food and drink, cozy beds and a wealth of things to do.
About The Role: As a Commis Chef, you’ll be part of a passionate kitchen team working with the finest Scottish produce. You’ll play a key role in food preparation and cooking, helping to deliver high‑quality dishes for one of our four kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen. We’re looking for someone with a passion for British and Scottish cuisine, and an appreciation for working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Most importantly, you’ll be a great fit for our motivated and friendly brigade. Expect a varied shift pattern, primarily covering breakfast and dinner service. This is a full‑time (45 hours per week), permanent position, and a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a resort hotel with multiple kitchens and a focus on growth and development.
