We’re a family business through and through – family owned, family run, with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our seven hotels are unique and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small but all offer good food & drink, great beds and a ton of things to do.

About the role

Hotels never sleep, and our small night team work tirelessly between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00. It’s important our guests experience the same high levels of care through the night as they do through the day.

You’ll accurately bill our guests, post all charges correctly and audit and close the daily business. As well as the financial/administrative aspects of the job, you’ll help manage the night team to make sure all sets up are done for the next day’s business and fire and security checks are carried out. You’ll also resolve any guest issues, and effectively communicate information onto the early Duty Manager. You\’ll make sure our standards are in place, which means a keen eye for detail is a must.

What we need from you

As you\’ll drive our customers on and off the Estate in our mini bus, you\’ll be over 21 with a clean driver\’s licence.

Previous customer service experience is essential. You’ll also be able to take a lead role in emergency evacuation situations, so you’ll have great communication skills and plenty of common sense.
