We are currently seeking a talented Cook to join our team at Highland Safaris.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Food Hygiene certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and team-oriented attitude
• Reliable commute to Highland Safaris

Responsibilities:

• Work with the HS Café Team Leader to develop menus
• Assist with menu planning and stock management
• Prepare and present food to high standards
• Follow Food Safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment checks
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Communicate effectively with management

Additional duties:

• Promote HS products
• Support other areas of the business as needed
