About the role: Working as part of our food and beverage team offers you a friendly, fast paced and challenging experience. Looking after our guests in Banqueting and Events, you'll be responsible for helping deliver the many exciting events and weddings that we host all year round at Crieff Hydro. It’s a great chance to get all the benefits of working with a large independent company, where you make the difference and you’ll learn and develop with some truly motivated and enthusiastic people. As many of our events go on late in the evening, this role will entail a variation of hours from early mornings and late evenings. This position is a permanent role contracted to 32 hours per week, with additional hours available depending on business needs. Shift patterns will vary depending on the events calendar, but will generally be between 16:00-03:00.
What we need from you: Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so your friendly, welcoming personality is a given. Your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality, along with your genuine smile and desire to get it right for the customer, will impress us. It’s great if you’ve got previous hospitality or customer service experience, but your attitude is what will really count.

- Up to £12.21 per hour plus a share of tips, estimated £2,000 per annum for full time team members.
- Live-in Accommodation – On-site, affordable housing with bills included may be available. Most rooms are single occupancy with an ensuite, though this isn’t guaranteed. Availability and rates (set by HMRC) can be discussed at interview.
