We’re proud of our reputation for serving up hearty, gastro pub-style dishes using the best of Scotland’s larder. Our relaxed and welcoming hotel in the heart of Crieff is home to a busy 60-cover restaurant and lounge bar, popular with both locals and hotel guests.
About the role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. You’ll take ownership of your section, help maintain excellent food safety standards, and play an active role in mentoring junior team members. You’ll be comfortable working under pressure during busy service periods and will contribute to a smooth-running, supportive kitchen team.
