About the role
We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team for our exciting new restaurant, opening at Crieff Hydro in Spring 2025. This multi-million-pound project will bring a day-to-night dining concept to life, with stylish refurbished spaces, a speakeasy bar, and menus celebrating Scotland’s finest produce.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Venue Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences, supporting everything from breakfast through to dinner service. You\'ll play a vital role in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring our team delivers the highest standards of service with a welcoming, guest-focused approach.
You’ll also help to coach and develop a team of bartenders, hosts, and servers, assisting with recruitment, training, and team engagement. With creativity, passion, and an eye for detail, you’ll help us set the stage for a restaurant that’s as exciting for our team as it is for our guests.
This is a full time, permanent position and live in accommodation is available. Depending on availability, accommodation is single occupancy with an ensuite bathroom. Live in team members have access to our canteen which offers three free meals per day.
