We are a dedicated Porsche Specialist workshop known for precision, quality and genuine enthusiast expertise and we are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.
About the Role
As our Parts Advisor, you will be the vital link between our workshop, our customers and our suppliers - ensuring the right parts arrive at the right time to keep our technicians working efficiently and our customers' Porsches on the road.
Key responsibilities:
- Source, order and manage genuine and OEM equivalent parts for a full range of Porsche models
- Liase with technicians daily to identify parts requirements from job cards and diagnostics
- Build and maintain relationships with Porsche dealerships, specialist suppliers and parts distributors
- Manage stock levels, min/max inventory and core returns
- Provide accurate quotes to customers and the service team
- Process purchase orders, invoices and warranty claims
- Keep parts records and workshop management systems up to date
- Advise customers on parts availability, pricing and lead times with clarity and professionalism
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience preferable
- Strong knowledge of Porsche models is highly desirable - enthusiasts encouraged to apply
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- IT literate
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
