- Build strong relationships with retail partners and identify opportunities to expand Cricut’s presence and performance within their businesses.
- Monitor account performance, sales trends and opportunities, translating insights into commercial actions.
- Over time, develop and grow the account portfolio across CE, Telco and supermarket channels.
- Support new business development opportunities and the expansion of Cricut into relevant retail channels.
- UK Sales & Marketing Execution:
- Manage marketing and promotional rebate claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing as well as tracking.
- Collate, maintain and administer sales performance and forecasting data, liaising with retailers, distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
- Work with retailers and distribution partners to align promotional planning and communications.
- Coordinate and manage new line forms, set-up sheets, images and product assets, and ensure retailer websites are up to date and optimised.
- Assist with mystery shopping initiatives and report findings.
- Support the planning, promotion and delivery of consumer events, working with Senior Ambassadors to achieve KPIs and sharing post-event results with internal stakeholders.
- Regularly audit Cricut product listings across retailer websites, requesting updates to ensure product information, imagery and copy remain accurate.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing activity.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as required to support business needs.
